Your FAQ on EA Play Memberships and Benefits
Hey EA Play Members,
Are you running into a situation where you are not getting your benefit rewards? Here is how to check if you are eligible and what to do if you are eligible but have yet to receive the rewards on your account.
For EA Play members on Xbox and PlayStation, the first thing you want to check is that your console account and EA account are connected correctly.
Log into your EA profile Here and click on the Order History tab on the left (instructions Here), and look for a completed order number with the EA Play subscription
Next, click on the connections tab to see if your console account is linked correctly.
You may also want to check the order history for your respective consoles which you can do for Xbox and PlayStation
If they are connected, you will need to locate the correct account which you can do with the steps outlined here.
If linked correctly:
- Restart your platform by power cycling the console (PlayStation/Xbox)
- Play a match/round
- Still missing? Try restarting the console and playing a game one more time before contacting Support
If you still aren't seeing your benefit rewards, you can contact our live support at help.ea.com to request a chat or open a case through email as they will need to look through the account with you.

- Then select your Platform
- Select Missing Content
- Select Never Received Content
