    I'm afraid that account issues aren't something that we have the ability to investigate here on Answers HQ. It would be best to get in touch with the EA Help team so they can search your Xbox account info and find out what's going on with that EA Account. 

    For more information on how to create a case with them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook as well if you prefer using one of those platforms.
