Game won’t launch and says “You don’t have access”

Yesterday I subscribed to the EA play app for a month and downloaded Dragon Age Inquisition. Today I launched the app and I can't access the EA play app, and Dragon Age is nowhere in the library but it takes up memory on my computer and is on the desktop.

Clearing the cache did absolutely nothing.
