I just sent them an email regarding the fact that I got sent a code for the wrong version of the game and I already redeemed it considering I thought I got sent the RIGHT verison. Absolutely ridiculous.

Same thing happened to me, the email mentions where to reach out if there's any issues so I've emailed. I've not redeemed my code yet so hopefully get a new one.

Yeah I done the same thing but i already redeemed my code expecting it to be the right edition. So i have to get a new code anyway because on the email it states that this is the code for EA FC 26 Ultimate edition for EA App but instead when i went to redeem it, it shown the standard edition

Just an update that I've received a new code with the right game this time and it worked for me to redeem.

Won't let me choose a game this is as far as I can get , amazing a tech company and you cant even get the tech right
Man I still haven't got my fc26 code and I did the survey and was told I was gonna get one 😭
