I completed the playtest, and the survey but didnt give me any options for a code of choice. Why didnt i get a choice?

The playtest invitation is not showing up for me.
I received an email to participate in a playtest, and when I click on sign up, it takes me to my playtest profile, but there is no invitation or anything available for me to register.
