Didn’t use my code on right platform
I recently broke my laptop and when I put the code in I put it in the website on Microsoft redeem when I can only play on my Xbox. I then tried to then put the code in my Xbox and said already in use...

the code should be platform and account bound. If you've already redeemed it on your correct Xbox account, you should be able to find it in your game library.
Try checking under all your games and search for "EA Sports FC Playtest".
