Hi, I was invited to take part in the survey and was ensured after 10 days since completing it I would receive the code I chose. I’m yet to receive this and it’s be around 11/12 days

I'm 12 days today still nothing I've even emailed them twice and got no response I think its pretty trash from them.
I wonder how this topic is marked as "solved" when nobody is reporting they already got the reward game codes....

Same issue here. I think based on how many threads there is about this, that everyone's in the same boat. The silence form ea is annoying tho. Like at least let us know what's up
