EA SPORTS FC™ Play test survey code

Update they finally sent an email to claim but here's the kicker (pun intended) that really pisses me off 

Why are you asking me to pick my game code again when that was done ON THE SURVEY weeks ago? And now you're saying this is going to take 7 days too? What the heck is going on over there? You've gone from telling us 10 days ( which took closer to 21) now to another 7? 

At  least you got to pick again maybe you had changed your mind and if not sorry dude but if you had changed your mind it would of been handy .   I got my code without issues on the 3rd as they had said late in the evening but still good luck everyone and I hope to see you in the game sometime soon . One love community 

They don't respond to that email either. It's a joke. In all the years I've gotten more help coming on this forum than waiting for them to respond. 

I didn’t pick FC. Didn’t get my code til early today. But you’re right. If I changed my mind that was a good chance to correct it. Just shows kinda a lack of planning on their end. 

Man I'm ngl I'm thinking they're scamming a minority of us eventhough we completed the survey etc what a joke

EA_Vendcera come on man it has been 2 days since smyou said that all codes should be out, yet I did the survey and chose fc 26, yet I still don't have my code. 

It's not fair I got mine 3rd December at 9pm I definitely thought it was a scam I emailed them 3 times then got 1 generic email saying 3ed at latest I hope you get it 

Bro they sent an email to claim a code but I literally did that on the survey. That email now says within 7 days. So it went from 10 days ( which we now know was from close and didn’t include weekends) to now another 7?  Basically by the time this code actually arrives( if it does) will be over a month since everything closed. In all the years I’ve done tests with them it has NEVER been this delayed or poorly communicated.
