EA SPORTS FC™ Play test survey code

They don't respond to that email either. It's a joke. In all the years I've gotten more help coming on this forum than waiting for them to respond. 

At  least you got to pick again maybe you had changed your mind and if not sorry dude but if you had changed your mind it would of been handy .   I got my code without issues on the 3rd as they had said late in the evening but still good luck everyone and I hope to see you in the game sometime soon . One love community 

Update they finally sent an email to claim but here's the kicker (pun intended) that really pisses me off 

Why are you asking me to pick my game code again when that was done ON THE SURVEY weeks ago? And now you're saying this is going to take 7 days too? What the heck is going on over there? You've gone from telling us 10 days ( which took closer to 21) now to another 7?

It's a disgrace and simply unfair that some people did the survey at the same time as us and then they have got their codes but we don't jarhead927, typical EA really and extremely poor communication from both the dev and the company as a whole - fingers crossed that we get them today otherwise I will have to ask questions as to why we never recieved them but others did. 

Currently 630am on 12/4 and still nothing. If this is how they’re going to handle future playtests I almost want.no part. The poor communication is worse than the late arrival. 

I've still not gotten my code yet but some people have, so I wonder what's going on

Hi, all I received my code at 9:26pm uk yesterday  so everyone keep an eye out for yours 😊🤘

I'm guessing they are working in California and probably just starting work as it's still  am there .    So hopefully it will come at some point today or this evening 

I wonder how on earth EA admins of this discussion have marked this topic as "solved" when none of the playtester reporting here havent received the code yet.

This issue will only be "SOLVED" ..... AFTER the playtester start reporting they got the reward codes mentioned in previous emails.

How embarassing.
