EA SPORTS FC™ Play test survey code

Same issue here, can't even contact ea.

I had the same issue and I couldnt use my product key either.

I've got the exact same thing and I did it at like 10am on the 8th November

Too bad EA supporters are still silent about this issue. 
If this has to do with any problem with the third party company who provided the survey, they should at least give us any feedback. 

EA Supporters, any estimated date or time to give any answer or feedback to this problem, afecting many playtesters, as seen in various discussions ?

0 communication from EA all day. Not even to say we are aware of issue and looking into it, NOTHING.

Im writing to reinforce that this issue is being reported since 2 to 4 days now, and still no answer from EA support or Admins.

Please show some consideration for all of us and give an answer as soon as possible.

Same here, it's so maddening, and we need answers from community managers and EA, like come on, and it's already been 10 days!!!!!

I completed the recent ea playtest and got sent a survey on November 8th and completed it straight away , I was then met with a pop up that said thanks for completing the survey wait up to 10 days to receive your code , it has been 10 days and no code has been sent , I chose the ea sports fc player grant and I’m confused and annoyed why I don’t have it 

EA and Community Managers, please give us answers on why we haven't got our reward codes in 10 days, and please, please please just give us answers and our codes, please listen to us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've already talked to the support chat, and they have no authority to help us at all, so please, someone who has the authority, help us.
