i recieved code but when i redeem it, it doesnt show in my libary do i have to wait or?

Hi aijo it seems a lot of people are having this issue at the moment i am on pc/steam and in the uk. I redeemed my code and even tried to get another but to no avil. it still not showing in peoples library. this is something that requires urgent investigation and solution,

Hi, I've redeemed the code on the playstation 5. It shows up on my purchase history but there isn't a gaem for me to play in the library and it didn't download anything when redeeming either.

Try clicking on the link in your purchase history to see if that takes you to the game.
THis did it for me. I found it in there, had to click it and download then install.
