Fc27 manager career transfer glitch

The clubs fighting is broken, I play as man united and every player I try to sign e.g Balde, lautaro martinez, barcola etc both Man City or Chelsea always comes in and even when you pay the most the player still goes to them every time and it’s happened over 10 new saves every time.
