Incorrect region on key.

Question

My region on a key is incorrect and shows NA whereas I am from UK, code unredeemable due to this.. Went back and double checked my region is correct on EA Playtesting and it is.

Says on the email to reach out if the code doesn't work, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Same here, got code for NA while my region is EU (Belgium).
