Need help with playtest reward

I recently participated in a playtest (I don’t know if I’m allowed to say what it was) and I got sent an email to complete a survey on the playtest to claim a reward which is any ea game of my choice. So mid survey I pressed the go back button to change some answers and after I completed the survey I got a message saying ‘The maximum number of responses for this group has been met’ . I can’t claim my reward because of this and I have contacted ea through live chat multiple times through which I have been told to wait for a new link or just try again later or that nothing could be done. I went to live chat today again one last time and they told me that they can’t help and told me to take this problem to the forum to receive help. Pleas can anyone help me with this. I’ll provide some images to give some context.
