No game to download

I’ve redeemed the code as stated in email for the play test but there is no game in my games library all the happened was the games store updated I’m new to play testing and on Xbox any help would be...

I have the same issue this morning, PS5- entered the code after a few seconds returns me to the home screen then nothing. No download no anything but its in my transaction history.
