play test currently unavailable

trying to play eafc26 playtest on my email it says 6:00pm est on november 15th. exactly on time and still gives me the message saying it's currently unavailable. extremely disappointed since i am a big eafc fan and care about what direction the game is heading in and can't even playtest it. if anyone has any solutions that would be very helpful
