Playtest not starting

I got an email stating Playtest starts today. It's already past the time provided in the email to commence. But the game keeps showing the error - The EA Sports FC Playtest is currently unavailable. Please check your invite e-mail for more details on when the playtest will be available.

Can any of the moderators or members help in how to resolve this? Do i need to do anything on my PS5? Confused on how this works.
