Redeemed code but no game?

A couple days ago I redeemed a code for an EAFC play test on PS app that which I received from email and and I successfully redeemed it however I can not find anything to  do the play test on in my downloads, PS app, installed, recently played it anything. I attempted to redeem the code again however it said it had already been redeemed. Anyone know what to do?
