I tried to answer the survey minutes after I received the email about doing so and in exchange get a free game code, but it immediately said it's received the max number of responses. I waited a few days and tried again but same message. I think it's a bug?
Worked for me today, not certain, but the solution may be to log into your EA Playtest account https://www.ea.com/playtesting before clicking the link on the email survey
My friend and I received the same response. He tried minutes after receiving the email and I tried a couple of hours after and we both received the same response.
Same issue here, I didn't reply to the survey immediately because I wanted to play more before I completed it, but a few days later, the link gave the same response as OP.
