I need immediate help, I got given a beta code for EA FC 27 for the wrong platform, I have PS4 and they’ve given it to me for PS5 and it expires on Tuesday.
Can anyone help me solve this issue ASAP would be much appreciated

Sorry for the confusion with the Closed Beta code. I understand it’s disappointing to receive a code and then find that it’s for the wrong console generation.
Closed Beta codes are tied to the platform and console generation they were issued for. Since your code is for PS5, it won’t work on PS4, and unfortunately the code can’t be exchanged or replaced with a PS4 code.
