Wrong region given in the beta

Hi EA,

I was selected for the EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta and received my PS5 beta code directly from EA.

The problem is that the code I received is for the Europe region, while my PlayStation account is registered in the United States. The Beta Code Tool recognizes my code as valid, but only for Europe, so I’m stuck in a loop and cannot request/use a US code.

Could someone please help me get the correct US/North America PS5 code?

I can provide screenshots of the email and the region error if necessary.
