F1 23 vanished from library

Seems he has had a response to contact the EA Advisors but still no resolution. Others may want to consider raising it as well in hope of a faster resolution. 

It's now release day, and I still can't play my pre-order from 3 days ago. This is getting ridiculous now.

Yep from CD Keys though I have seen people with the same issue who have purchased from others ( etc), my error code is 

74d96758-93b0-4996-802b-9355c7dc42c5 if that is needed at all as well.

Any idea on when this is going to get sorted? We've spent extra to play this early and now can't even play on release?

We are currently looking into this issue. As these codes are not sold from any authorized resellers, we cannot guarantee for full functionality, as we haven't seen any issues from codes purchased with authorized resellers like Amazon or Gamestop, beside the players who purchased the game via EA App directly.

Yes, my code was from CD Keys, although it doesn't appear to be a CDKeys issue

I'm going to wait for whatever the outcome is, but currently all it is doing is making F1 23 the last game I'll use the EA app for and I won't be pre-ordering one of their games again. Its also disappointing to wait so long when this is a multi billion pound business and they could easily provide us with new keys and have resolved the issue 2 days ago, as opposed to alienating the fan base that paid extra for the game and leaving a number of the more avid F1 gamers feeling betrayed amd unhappy.
