F1 23 vanished from library

Summarize your bug The game has disappeared from my library on ea app a day after i downloaded the champions edition
What is your 16 digit Report Code? i can even open the game
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? don't try to blame it on my internet
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i don't know i didn't do anything other than try to open the game
What happens when the bug occurs? the game doesn't show in the library anymore
What do you expect to see? a fix or a refund cause i paid full price on this game and i can't even play it

I really want a fix for this because it's the second time that something happens when i buy a f1 game so please help me

    I will post this here as well based on the same issue. 

    This is our final update on this matter:

    The codes on your accounts have been disabled upon request by a 3rd party outside of EA. These codes are the ones you've purchased via unauthorized resellers on websites like CDKeys, Instant Gaming, etc. 

    By now we have provided new codes to the resellers upon request and those should be able to provide you with a replacement code. Please contact the support of the website you purchased your key from and ask them for the replacement code for F1®23 Champions Edition. 

    Further, are we unable to provide you with a new code directly via our support options. 

    Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you will be able to enjoy F1®23 as soon as you received your new codes.

    It is very quiet at the moment. Anyone had success?

    Just got an email for EA:

    Thank you for contacting EA Help. My name is Rohit. I'm your assigned EA Support Expert today.

    After checking your email, I learned that you redeemed the code for F1 23, but the game has disappeared from the EA library.

    I've checked this for you, but it seems many of our players around the world are experiencing this issue.
    Our dedicated team has already started to resolve this for our players.
    We are already working on this issue and rest assured there is nothing to worry about as this is just a technical glitch and there is nothing wrong with your account.

    Therefore, I recommend that you wait for our team to complete the investigation of the problem and contact us with a great solution to the problem. In the meantime, I would like to ask you to keep an eye on our social media channels and online forum for further updates on the problem and the solution to the problem.

  • @vandebrug Unfortunately, this is word for word the same response that has been given for a week now. They aren't providing any updates and have shown no attempt to explain or support anybody with this issue.
