Impeding in quali

I would really love to see, amongst other things, AI cars get penalties for impeding me in qualifying. Maybe actually watch a quali session or two in real life and take a look at the lengths drivers will go to in order to avoid impeding.

AI car coming out of the pits and running slow on the racing line while I am on a flying lap meaning I have to either slow right down to follow them through the corner or pass them on the outside and end up running off the track. If I hit them then I get the penalty. All I ask is that if the AI is going to run slow on the racing line and essentially scrap my flying lap that they should receive a penalty for it.

This is just one of many small quality of life improvements I would love to see in this game.
