Multiplayer - 10 players - minimum to start the timer.

Currently, the time of 1 minute in the lobby starts sometimes after 5 players enter, sometimes 7. After a few dozen seconds, it turns out that 5 people are coming and suddenly people start running aw...

Agree.

Or even better, timed matchmaking so you can only search flr ranked games every 10 minutes or so, so all the player base is searching for games at the same time. If you leave the lobby, you have to wait another 10 minutes before searching for another lobby.
