Boot in Safe Mode and choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:

If the issue continues, it may indicate the save game is corrupt and should be deleted.

still bugged for me on ps5
- 3 years ago@EA_Barry Still no fix? I’m on Xbox X , we’re almost a week after standard lunch, 9 days after early access. I can’t load a My Team career, having started one 3 times now. Is there an ETA on a fix please?

DON’T LISTEN to the dumb suggestion from the community manager you DO NOT have to delete your save!! Just complete the F2 section & pick a team in F1, after that your other saves will be working!
