My wheel will only turn right

When my wheel is in a neutral position, it automatically steers hard right, but if I turn it all the way to the left it centres my wheel. I cannot turn left at all, just to the right and it's like my...

This isn't enough information for anyone to go by. You need to tell us what platform you play on, and what wheel you have, at the least.
