Apologies for the late response. If you're also having connection issues with FIFA, it's possible this is connection related. Have you played FIFA lately? There's a connection test you can run that will provide some good details. If you have played recently, try running the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. That button is on the left side of the CQR screen.
I am having the same issue as the user above, however mine is only with F1 23
Are you also on an Xbox Series X? If so, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
This did not work. I actually tried another Xbox series S vs the X and still same issue.
Nothing working. I've not played fifa online in a while
