pc no xbox controller vibration

Summarize your bug pc xbox elite controller, 100% battery charge, bluetooth, no vibration. One instance where I reconnected the controller during game, and vibration returned. But that doesn't work anymore unfortunately. First time I played alll vibration was there. I dont know what is causing this issue. I tried different/default controller settings. No vibration on any option.

What happens when the bug occurs? There is no vibration. All vibration is not there.
What do you expect to see? As first time i played, it worked fine. Feel vibration in triggers and grips.

I found a fix. Disconnect or turn off controller untill the game gives message of no controller. Important: now first press keys on your keyboard untill the message goes away.
Now turn on the controller. The game instantly responds to controller input and now there is vibration.
