Repeated lags while driving

Summarize your bug I'm repeatedly getting lags when driving, where the image just stops for a moment, as can be seen in these two examples: https://streamable.com/cbbssf, https://streamable.com/2a0vuk The lags occur 1-2 times per lap. I've never had similar issues in the previous games. Apparently, they are not completely random, but they seem to be related to the sectors somehow. I normally get the lags at the beginning of the sectors: in Bahrain I'm getting them before T1, between T6-8 and T13 or at the beginning of the following straight. In Suzuka I'm getting them before T1, between T8-10 and between T13-14. In Spa I'm getting the lags before T1, between T7-10 and between T13-17 (sometimes also before T19).

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If the bug is there it is absolutely evident as the lags occur every lap (I have observed it both in TT and Grand Prix).
What happens when the bug occurs? The image stops for a brief moment creating a big lag.
What do you expect to see? I would like to the these lags removed, as it is impossible to drive in a competitive way at the moment.
