Strange reflections in VR during night races

Summarize your bug During night races in VR, as you are in motion there is some strange effect where the volumetrics of the track lights and silhouettes of objects around the track are being reflected on and around the halo. I have ray tracing or screen space reflection turned off. It's very off putting to have this kind of thing in VR.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to any night time track in VR with track lights (bahrain, vegas etc)
What happens when the bug occurs? these strange reflections are constantly intruding into your vision while in VR.
What do you expect to see? some reflections on the halo would be fine but what is currently happening is definitely a bug
