Thrusmaster TX not woring

Wheel damper was at 1 in the clip

UPDATE:

This may only be a TT issue, I've went into F1 World Series and its now working fine, might have just needed a jump start

I have a thrustmaster tx base. I have the latest firmware installed and the force feedback works fine on other games but on F1 23 I can’t feel anything even when turning the FFB all the way up

Open the TX CONTROL PANEL and check the firmware version number. Must be the same than on the picture here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Bug-Reports/Wheel-doesn-t-work/m-p/12649773 

NB : After installing the new driver [Package 2023_TTRS_3] don't forget the second step:

2. Launch THRUSTMASTER FIRMWARE UPDATE software and install manually the new firmware version on your Xbox steering wheel base

Hopefully you finally some answers.. I'm feeling pretty dissatisfied with paying all this money for early release and not getting to play it. 

My TS-Xw on Xbox SX, and fully updated firmware is randomly cuts out. Both ffb and pedals. Not at the same time. The throttle cuts out only and the steering has no ffb at all. 

I've had the game for 2 months but I can't use it because there is no fbb in my thrustmaster Tx steering wheel, please fix it, or if it's already fixed, why don't I experience it?
