Why does F1 23 still not allow pedals connected via usb? (TS-PC T-LCM)

Product: F1 23
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
Summarize your bug For i guess most of the Thrustmaster Users: If you have your Pedals and your Wheel-Base both connected via USB only one of the devices works. If you tab out of the game and give the first input with the pedals, only they work. This bug came up with F1 22 and just copied over to f1 23 Previous releases worked just fine in same combination.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? SMRK-XTJG-RVEX-BTBE
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Telekom
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Thrustmaster Wheel-Base attached to the PC via USB and have pedals (T3PA, T-LCM) connected via USB as well. Go into whatever session and start a lap. You see only the steering wheel or the pedals work. No way to have them work both.
What happens when the bug occurs? Only on of the two connected devices works. You can switch which one works while tab out of the game and tab back in. the first input given sets the current active device.
What do you expect to see? Both input devices should work as in f1 2021 and all before. There you were able to have both devices plugged in via USB.

When pedals are connected directly to PC there is no input possible by the pedals.
The Wheel itself works just fine.
Issue was present in F1 22 and i dont expect to have it fixed in one of the next games.
Nowdays it is common way to have seperate Wheel and Pedals connected.
Worked until f1 2021.
