Xbox Series X shuts off during F1 23 trial (EA Play) start menu

Summarize your bug Trying to play the 5 hour trial for F1 23 I’m able to get to the screen ‘press menu button’ and select a profile to sign in, however the system crashes (Xbox completely shuts off, not even a restart)before I can even complete the first license agreement. I have tried: disabling 4K HDR and Dolby, clearing saved game data, deleting and re-installing the game, a complete console shut off/reset (hold power for 10 seconds, unplug power, re-plug), trying to start the game with a controller instead of a Logitech g923 I can’t try to load the game off line because you need to be online for trials. Is this a trial related issue or will I have the same issue if I just purchase this game?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to launch the EA trial of F1 23 on a Xbox series X
What happens when the bug occurs? The console shuts down before being able to agree to a license agreement (occurs during first time play)
What do you expect to see? To be able to accept all license agreements and play the game, without the console shutting off
