Decrease the penalty to Driver Stat for Mechanical failure in Career mode

I am starting out My career mode and had 2 mechanical failure in 4 races so far and amount of penalty to the driver ratings are quite brutal. Mainly Experience and Racecraft. I was leading the both races with significant margin plus it was mechanical failure and not driver made error but game doesn't count that at all so it made me go down from 65 to 64 even. I really enjoy this new overhaul of mycareer mode stat feature and would greatly appreciate if you guys would tweak it little bit. Thank you!
