10 Second Time Penalty is served in 5 seconds

Had the same issue yesterday in a league race. I mean i take it but still :D

Summarize your bug When serving a 10 Second Time Penalty in 100% race, the mechanics do not touch the car for 5 seconds only; however, the 10 Second Time Penalty is counted as being fully served.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? PKKE-TSGP-GECX-AXAD
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Singleplayer
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Get a 10 Second Time Penalty, e.g. through speeding in the pitlane 2. Visit the pitlane to serve the penalty; count the number of seconds elapsed between the car coming to a stop, and the mechanics serving the car
What happens when the bug occurs? The mechanics don't touch the car for 5 seconds, after which the pitstop proceeds (i.e. tyre change). However, the 10 second time penalty is counted as being served.
What do you expect to see? For the mechanics to not touch the car for 10 seconds.

Summarize your bug A driver in our league race was issued a 10 sec pen (incorrectly I might add, since they were crashed in to) When they pitted a few laps later they were held for just 5 sec and the remaining 5 secs disappeared. This is not the correct penalty.

What happens when the bug occurs? Incorrect time pen served in the pits

driver had a 10 sec time pen for being crashed into on lap 1… went to pit a few laps later, only served 5 sec and the remaining 5 sec disappears… 

Current 1.4 version of the game 

No comment or feedback on this? It’s not listed in the community raised issues thread or investigated/awaiting a patch, but there’s a clear video above of this bug

When you serve the pen at the box it becomes a 5 second pen, if you don't it's 10 seconds.

Weird

Codemasters/EA, can we at least get acknowledgment that this has been passed on? It’s not listed as being investigated or awaiting patch and it’s a pretty big issue!!
