100% Mechanical failures

Summarize your bug In both F2 & F1 career mode (50% or 100% races) if I have mechanical failures on the car a 100% of the time. A 100% of the time.

What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Simucube 2 Thera Padels Cube CSX-3 (or Ascher Artura Sport)
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Fastspeed
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Any career mode race I guess?
What happens when the bug occurs? Within 5 laps the car fails - a 100% of the time.
What do you expect to see? 2 - 3 times pr season perhaps?

I can obviously switch off "high" failures and it doesn't happen. But it does ruin the immersion.
