After patch V1.14 my screen freezes for a few seconds and FPS drops

Summarize your bug After the V1.14 patch, during the race my screen freezes for 2 to 4 seconds and the FPS drops, this happens several times, I can't play this way, before the patch the performance was normal
What is your 16 digit Report Code? VPXT-PRTD-TVBJ-PPAD
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. 0000000
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? 000000
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In any Gran Prix race
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen freezing for a few seconds and FPS drops in races
What do you expect to see? A fix

    If you're experiencing stutters or freezing and have not tried that yet, can you please try deleting your hardware settings file as explained in this post: Unexpected Graphical Issues 🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps

    Hardware settings XMLs: 

    • user > documents > my games > F1 24 > hardwaresettings
    • right-click the game in Steam > Manage > Browse local files > F1_24.exe.[number].running (please, rename this last file as .txt to be able to upload it)

    What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Controller, Logitech F310
    Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
    Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
    Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go in the game and load anything, as it's not just in multiplayer.
    What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes and stutters every minute or so.
    What do you expect to see? The game to run smoothly.

    After the latest patch which was 1.14, I have been experiencing screen freezes/stutters every couple of laps. I didn't have any issues before this update, which as I can see, was a tweak to the graphics. I would like this to be fixed as soon as possible, because my league races are gonna be unraceable with this. Or if there's anyone that has a fix you can comment it below and I'll see if it works.

    I hope for answers soon, because it's made me frustrated. I'll put an example below from a league race I did today (November 14th 2024)

    @CombinedYoutuber I have the same problem, it's affecting Nvidia cards, I have a 4060 and my cousin has a 4060ti, he and I have the same crashing problem

    @Decofaybert I already tried, it didn't work for me, the game remains impossible to play, every race, every lap the screen freezes and only comes back after a few seconds

    @claudian7x It's not crashing, it's screen freezing and stuttering. It lost me tenths every time it happened, during a league race.
    And yeah I'm also on an Nvidia card, 4070.

    Yes, the problem is freezing and stuttering, Google Translate translated it wrong, it is impossible to play with this problem and no one responsible here in the EA community has yet to comment.

    Same for me here. It happens to me once every three laps on average.

    Also using an RTX 4070.
