Always showing "communicating with online service"

After entering the game, it always shows "communicating with online service" without any error. I've reinstall the game and reset my internet settings, but it didn't work. I'm sure my network is work...

@SteveJackson no, I've played the game for months. It works well. I just got this network issue after the newest update.

  @SteveJackson the files I shared actually confirm that my device meets the DirectX 12 requirements (i9-13900H, RTX 4060, Windows 11). The issue I'm experiencing is related to network connectivity after the latest update, not hardware compatibility.

    Well, the game doesn’t think so, so I would work on that.
    
    Gen 13/14 are broken. Update.
