Automatic Contract Renewal

I Started a MyTeam career on F1 24, I chose Opmeer as my teamate, but when his contract expired, i was forced to click on the renewal or new teamate button, it send me to the list of drivers, but it already extended Opmeer's contract, so i can't choose a new teammate. This happend twice in a row now. It also forces me to restart to continue. It said this bug was patched but it isnt! Any way to resolve this issue without starting a new team?
