Beta has disappeared from Steam and cannot be uninstalled

The only advice from Steam and EA is to simply delete the installation folder, so the disk space is almost completely free but there are still many files and registry entries and also in the app list of Windows it remains because EA and Steam do not manage to provide a proper uninstaller ... that's sad, 99.9% of all software has that
