EA Play not working with Xbox Gamepass

Gamepass Premium allows you to access the game through the Xbox App, not the EA App.

Based on the screenshot it looks like the Xbox App has the install button lit up in green, so click that and it should start downloading the game for you.

I don't think that is right. When I try to download through Xbox app - I am prompted to download the EA App. I uninstalled the EA app to show the message I get. I have reinstalled the EA app now and the same issue exists. 

Yes, it will install the EA App, but it should be running in the background as the Xbox App will be your main interface for launching the game. If you are trying to open up a separate instance of the EA App it's not going to show up there.
