Black screen in game

Summarize your bug When I load into the game the menu is there but the graphics are very poor and the background is black. I also cannot play online even known it says im on wifi and connected to servers.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, it just happened after an online game. Its been 3 days now and no fix.
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen in main menu is black, no online play, extremely poor graphics on main menu. Also black screen in single player games.
What do you expect to see? The background usually has a slide show of cars as well as I can usually play online and have vey good graphics.
I have reset PC multiple times
Reinstalled the game completely
Waited on a bug fix
- @kjl46racing hi did you try delete hardware setings config file located in my documents my games f1 24 This will reset all graphic setings for game.
Mybe there is bug somewhere that not loading graphic corectly.
