Bug or reflection on the front wheels?

Hey guys,

i think i have a problem since the 1.3 patch ( before i didn´t noticed anything of it).

i have a bug or reflection on the front wheels right behind the deflector. On the pictures it seems maybe imperceptible but playing live it is very annoying.

When i watch Videos from other Gamers on YT or Twitch i can`t see those reflections or graphic bug. I used to play on Computer an have a Radeon 6800XT.

I tried every graphic setting in the game and my driver, nothing change. I also reinstalled the game.

Is that normal or a bug from EA?

Thank you for your help

Jan

For the Soft Tyre, you can tell by the shadowing on the left side compared to the right, that it's picking up the reflection of the car since it's a shiny brand new tyre.
The INTER picture though, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be seeing differently? However, I can assume you're talking about the shadowing again, because there's a slight different in the shadow pattern.

I don't believe this to be a bug.. The New Tyres are shiny and do actually pick up on those reflections a bit, but maybe in your case, a little to defined?
I'll have a look for the same reflection in one of my races today, and I'll update my findings.

Ok, thank you for your reply. I´m just a little bit unsettled because i did not see that in other Videos from F124 players.

Ok, so I had a look. I couldn't quite notice it on mine **AS MUCH** but it was there. It's what I thought, it's just he reflection on the new tyre wall.
Our settings might be slightly different than what they have, or, the rendering/recording isn't picking up the quality quite right. PLUS Youtube/Twitch will always lower quality of what you will see from a stream or video, from what the true quality is.

Thank you very much for your effort.

I think it looks very ugly, but it will be normal apperantly. Do you use an AMd or Nvidia Graphic Card?

I think it could also be the little bit of rim that's present that's causing a bit of a shine as well.. when I'm racing I don't see it at all. It's not something I'm looking for while at speed, since I'm worrying about if Lance Stroll is going to kill me.

However, it's definitely noticeable if you're LOOKING for it.
Only reason I *REALLY* saw it today, was because I was trying to replicate the Turn 13 Bump @ Spain (Which was unfortunately successful...)
Since I was already trying to replicate the Bug that I randomly found by simply driving, (I didn't know WHAT turn I hit, until I went and found the GP Map, and THEN remembered the report of it.. haha..) I started looking at this one as well since I remembered it.

I have an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super. It's a little "Older" I suppose, but still. lol.
I think the reflection value on it is a little over-tuned, but nothing aggressively overboard.. it's annoying to look at once you see it though.
But once you get moving and in a race situation, you don't even notice it.
