Can I get telemetry data from a saved race replay?
Hey everyone,
I did a race this weekend and had Team Telemetry 24 running during the session, but I forgot to export the telemetry file after the race. I did save the full race replay in-game (.frr file), does anyone know if it's possible to extract telemetry data from that?
I was thinking if it is possible to either:
- Be able to get the game to transmit telemetry as I watch the replay in theater mode, or
- Be able to decode the .frr file from the replay in any shape or form so I can get the telemetry from the race.
I've done some initial analysis of the .frr file and it appears to be compressed or encrypted, so I'm hoping someone might have insights on working with this format.
