    Presumably the NS in the error code is an abbreviation for a Domain Name Server error. I would try the following.

    1. Restart your router.
    2. Delete your DNS cache.
    3. Update your network adapter driver.
    4. Change your DNS servers.
    5. Disable IPv6.
