Can't connect onto online servers

PS5 

So I can't connect to online servers, I am trying to get onto to two player career mode my friend has no problem but I get an error code 2631071469:s I've tried changing DNS ive uninstalled and reinstalled all the normal stuff, been on chat multiple times and no help so I am at a loss on how to get on any online mode.
