I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues to create your account. Please note that if you're unable to set up your account using your console, you can set up an account by following the steps here: How to create an EA Account. The account you're using to post here in the Forums, is an EA account, so you can use this account as it is already created. What you will need to do now is link your PlayStation and EA accounts. For instructions on linking accounts, please see: Linking your platform accounts to your EA Account

I just created the account and linked it to my PSN ,but when i enter the game i still have the same screen i don't know if i should try again one more time,i might do it later ,thanks for responding i will try to get it fixed if you could help me i would appreciate it.

If you have already linked the accounts you shouldn't need to go through this process again. Can you please share a screenshot of the error message that you're seeing?
