Can't login to my own ea account

Actually I own the game f1 24 in the steam with the email [edit: email address removed] but when I tried to login the ea it told it has already linked in with other account that I don't know which me...

Unfortunately, we're unable to recover accounts through the EA Forums. What happened when you tried to contact the EA Help support? Did you manage to start a chat?

  Actually I am from India and i am unable to start a chat but I have launched a complain on the ea help support option and in thier email.

    Are you unable to start a chat because the option to contact someone via chat does not appear, or it appears, but when you click, the chat doesn't start?
