Actually I am from India and i am unable to start a chat but I have launched a complain on the ea help support option and in thier email.

Are you unable to start a chat because the option to contact someone via chat does not appear, or it appears, but when you click, the chat doesn't start?

  Can you please confirm which subject you are selecting when trying to contact support? Usually, if you select "Update EA account", you will get the option to contact via chat.

    I have only your ea help support options to register a complaint and the chat is not showing. I have tried and searched the website many times
